Review of Midnite Confections Cupcakery

I do not have any food allergies, but my wife is Celiac and also has allergies to corn, soy, and peanuts. Given these allergies, it is exceedingly difficult to find bakeries that are safe for her to eat at and feel confident about. I wanted to surprise her for her birthday with some cupcakes (one of her favorite treats), and the staff at Midnight Confections Cupcakery were so kind and responsive when I emailed them with my concerns and my wife's dietary needs. They assured me they wash and sanitize work surfaces before preparing gluten free desserts, and even checked all their icing ingredients for other allergens. I decided to order a dozen cupcakes from them, and not only were they delicious, they were a hit with my wife, and she had no adverse reactions! They do request you order with 24 hour notice, and they can do gluten free cupcakes by the dozen, or 5" cakes. We loved our experience there, and will order again! :)
