VERY accommodating to my husbands celiac. Our waitress was knowledgeable about what is/isn’t GF and what they could adjust to make GF. He had squid salad, sashimi, and a hibachi dinner with GF soy sauce with no symptoms.

Midori is extremely gluten free friendly! They will customize ur order to be gluten free if necessary! I am new to this and hope there are more restaurants with this level of compassion.

Excellent experience. Everything can be made gluten free here except the fried things. Their frier is contaminated but for everything else they prepare all the celiac safe food in a separate area. They use separate grills, utensils, and have gluten free soy sauce. They had amazing food and a great margarita!

The staff was very knowledgeable about items that contained gluten and those that don’t. They brought me out a full plate of chicken, fried rice, and vegetables all with gluten-free soy sauce. It was delicious! I will 100% be coming back here for sure.

Place is a good time and I was able to order hibachi chicken and fried rice. They have gluten free soy sauce. They don’t have a gluten free menu nor do the label gluten free, but they can make anything you want gluten free.
