The brisket and sausage were delicious. The bbq sauce was ok. The mashed potatoes and green beans were good too. People working there are very friendly and knowledgeable. There is a gf menu. Most things are gf.

Great experience they understand and even showed me the spices used. They were careful preparing my meal and had no issues go at least once a week.

Bread is tossed around pretty haphazardly at the prep station. I ordered a potato with brisket and made it very clear that I wanted no bread to touch my plate. I didn't get sick, but I probably wouldn't be comfortable returning here. The food here just isn't worth it.

BBQ beef, mashed potatoes, green beans and bbq sauce are GF. I also get the baked potatoes with chopped beef and tell them to go light on the sour cream and cheese because they will load it on.

When I asked about the gluten free menu, the guy did find a printed blacked out version for me very quickly. Unfortunately, there was no concern for cross contamination, and I've been sick as a result of it. Some of the meat seemed to be kept in a shared container, which may have been the culprit (but I'm short so I couldn't tell what) If I should return, I'll be sure to be more diligent. Lesson well learned.

They have a separate gf menu and the guy behind the counter asked if he wanted me for him to change his gloves and clean the space. They were very helpful and there's still quite alot to eat :) support small businesses

This is a new restaurant to the gf community. They do not have a dedicated gf menu but do have a very gf friendly menu and kitchen. Basic bbq items are completely safe. All the meats, including their sausage, is to die for. Their beef ribs are yummy and our toddler even asks for them. The fries are not safe since they are cooked in a shared fryer. We called ahead of time and talked to a manager about their menu items. When we arrived, they offered to take us on a tour of the kitchens, showed ingredients down to the food service packaging, and personally guided the serving staff about changing gloves and making sure to leave off the automatic bread slices. Overall, we've felt very comfortable about eating here. We've eaten here about 3-4 times now and have not yet had a xcon issue. Oh, and their creamed corn is to die for! (if you need a take home container and don't feel comfortable taking from the stack in the dining area, you can always ask for one from an unopened package)
