Chef Adrian and the servers are wonderful about mixing options to make you a great GF meal. Just tell them that you have celiac (or an allergy) and they will check ingredients and help create a safe meal for you.
They do not have a separate GF menu, but they easily make adjustments like leaving the breadcrumbs off my oysters or switching out soups on their pre-set special menu so that I can have all three courses. The food is superb. I have loved every single bite every time.
They treat it like an allergy, so they switch gloves and wipe surfaces for prep. No, it is not a GF kitchen, but I've been there twenty times or so and never been glutened.

This very nice restaurant.....and the head chef will come out to your take and tell you that everything is gluten free except the crab cakes. very exciting stuff! However, after eating this delicious food, I've never been so glutened and I was miserable all night!! I would avoid this restaurant as the chef obviously is unsure what gluten is.....which is terrible for us celiacs.
