Delicious non-traditional and traditional Japanese menu. Although they don't have a GF menu the waiter was very knowledgeable about what had gluten and what could be made GF. Also had GF soy sauce. Service was a little slow although it wasn't crowded. Kudos to the busboy who kept our water glasses filled.
