Mike Hess Brewing

I have celiac and am very sensitive to gluten, but have always been fine with Mike Hess beer as they remove the gluten and the ppm left is way below the detectable level. I was excited to get food here too with gf burgers and pizza on the menu, but our server warned me that they use the same plates, gloves, space, everything for gf ad they do for the gluten items, and recommended people with severe allergies do not eat here. You can see the kitchen and I did see only half were even wearing gloves and the pizza pans were being reused so I appreciated her warning and did not eat here. I only recommend the beer and not the gf food.
