This is a small place and they do have GF menu items. Be sure to tell staff if you are Celiac. I had the burger with the slaw and green beans and my daughter had the tacos. Everything tested good.

NOT celiac safe as their menu describes nearly all their GF items! I was told by our waitress that there is no separate fryer, and that frying kills any gluten!! Oh boy. The only thing I felt safe eating was the clam chowder or a salad. The chowder was decent but could have come out of a can and tasted the same. This is unfortunately one of those restaurants that pretends to have gluten free options but is not actually safe for those of us with medical needs. Worst of all, my boyfriends dad found a PIECE OF METAL in his coleslaw! The manager apologized and said she had no idea where it came from... who watches your kitchen?! Totally unsafe and ridiculous.

Sorry to add this, nice place and atmosphere.....But things labeled GF on menu are NOT. An example, potato skins....they share a frier with other gluten items. I have celiac, and gluten 'friendly' does not cut it.

My server didn’t seem to take me very seriously, but I did not get sick! I had the sugar and spice salmon and it was delicious! Others (non-gf) in my group also said their food was great. Highly recommend!

Had the chicken fried steak and it was delicious! (Just make sure you specify gf) Their gravies are thickened with rice flour so they are gluten free. Everything gluten free on the menu is marked and staff is very knowledgeable! If we weren't from out of town we'd definitely come back!

My GF girlfriend and I share a plate of their large nachos -- the staff tend to be knowledgeable about gluten matters and she hasn't been glutened yet.

We were in the area and this place took us right in on a busy Friday night. The service was amazing, there were so many options for gluten free. Even a gluten free brownie Sunday! Everything about this place was great! we wish it was closer to our house.

Great chicken fried chicken! Even gravy is gf. Make sure you specify gluten free or you'll get a big piece of bread in the middle of your plate. Wish there were more gf options, there are seafood options but I can't eat seafood either so my options are limited. Also really liked the potato skins!
