Staff was well informed on gluten free preference versus celiac and informed me of the risk of ordering their “gluten free” Philly, which is meat over Fries. They do tell you cross contamination risk of fries being fried in same oil as chicken tenders.

I’ve eaten here numerous times since they have opened and never had any issues. I have Celiac and usually get the chicken or Philly cheesesteak “gluten free” aka over fries. They have offered malt fries and ice turned that down assuming the malt isn’t gluten free!

Someone recommended this resraurant to me and was excited to see the cheesteak over fries menu item is listed as GF. I called before coming in, and the man that answered stated that the fries are cooked in the same fryer as the chicken. I responded then that the item, listed as GF, was, in fact not GF. He said "I know". Be careful out there!!!

I called the day before and asked if it was safe for Celiacs. The conversation made me feel confident I would be okay. I tried their chicken and cheese over fries option. I ended up getting extremely sick that night. It was unfortunate because the people seemed to genuinely care, but something went wrong somewhere in the process of my food being prepared. The first time I’ve been glutened in almost 4 years.
