Have been eating here since pre-diagnosis. I love it so much and am very happy I am able go continue eating here 😄 In my opinion they handle celiac well. For takeout, gluten free rolls and things are placed in differently coloured containers (lime green vs black, very clearly marked!) and have a toothpick reading either "gluten free" or "allergy". I am the only celiac at my table so usually my orders are mixed of gf/not gf. Multiple times I have ordered "regular" sashimi, rather than the sashimi from the gf menu, for a tablemate, and when I pick it up they have given me gluten free sashimi (not sure of the difference between the 2, i think it's just handling differences!) despite having other gluten-items in the order. That's the kind of attention to detail I appreciate from a restaurant. For dine-in they have the toothpick and a different style of plate. When ordering takeout or dining in they will provide gf soy sauce upon request but I use my own for takeout because the containers tend to leak! They have a fairly good-sized gluten free menu with several options for rolls! My favourite is the gluten free 1 roll. It comes with a delicious sauce, sometimes on the side and sometimes already on the roll. More adventurous eaters may be bored by the options though, most of the gf rolls are on the bland/mild side (cucumber, crab, avocado, etc) Overall definitely a restaurant I recommend !
