We were pleasantly surprised when we pulled into Charlottesville to find a GF Indian restaurant - very unusual for us to find, and we were very satisfied with our meal there and had no gluten issues. We ordered Saag Paneer, Chicken Korma, Papadum and Rasmalai. The dishes came with plain rice. The food was very good, the Korma was outstanding and the taste of Indian food was welcome for us!! The people working there were knowledgeable about what was and was not GF, and apparently they have a separate tandoor for bread so there is no cross-contamination. We were very happy we chose this restaurant and would recommend it for GF Indian food lovers!

Great food, and super helpful staff. Most everything was naturally gluten-free, but they were really knowledgeable about cross contamination also.

The menu is well marked and the food was yummy. There doesnt appear to be much special preparation for gluten free. Luckily, most things are gluten free expect the bread and biryani. Our daughter had a delicious meal that we enjoyed!

The staff know their stuff and can tell you what’s in most dishes. There are plenty of gluten free options. Some of the best food that we’ve ever eaten has come from here. The chips that they offer at the beginning of dinner are made from chickpea flour and are great.

Excellent service! Waiters walking around and very attentive. Good dark ice tea and flavorful hot tea. We came for lunch and they had a wonderful buffet selection with ONLY one item NOT gluten free. For me, a little too spicy, but still great. The staff was gluten free knowledgeable and very friendly. I would highly recommend this restaurant!

Delicious. Gluten free and vegan items are noted on menu and there are lots of options. Great food and service.

Incredible food. Excellent service. Menu has gluten free items clearly labeled. Lentil crisps, tamarind sauce, and mint chutney served at the beginning of the meal are gluten free and several gluten free appetizers are available. Most entrees are gluten free too.They serve large portions and box everything up for you with extra rice.Didn't see this place on the app and had to review this gem.
