Not bad. Pizza was delivered (YAY!) cooked on its own tray with a special pizza wheel for me to cut it myself (no cross contamination worries here). Not the best GF crust I've ever had but definitely not the worst! Crust is cooked all the way through and the perfect crispiness. Great find!
