Milford Pizza Palace

Got takeout today (2/3/24) and made sure to mention my wheat allergy in the order notes. I got pineapple pizza made on the certified gluten free crust they buy—their website notes that the cauliflower crust isn’t safe for celiacs. I liked that they had the cross contamination warning on the box. It was good pizza but felt a little overcooked because the crust was a bit hard to chew and take bites out of. Next time I’ll try asking for it lightly cooked.

Before I knew I had a Gluten sensitivity, I was a regular customer of the pizzas e onion rings. Now that I know I am Gluten sensitive I tried the gluten free pizza and it was great! A bit thin, but the taste was good and the most important I did not feel sick.

Very careful, knowledgeable and accommodating. Almost all pizzas can be made GF with pre packaged delicious crust. Owner Joe is educated about Celiac and was super helpful and friendly.

Great options for gluten-free and someone who can eat everything.

Joe (owner) is amazing!! He takes cross contamination very seriously training all staff well. They even have vegan (dairy free) options to go along with GF! Highly recommended- Never been sick!!

This place was wonderful. They had great attention to detail to ensure I didn't get cross contaminated. I felt like I was being served by me! They took it very seriously & highly recommend this place. They even have dairy-free cheese options! And they list the ingredients to these products on their website! Eat here all the time and I've never been sick! Owner is awesome and takes the time to come over and talk to you :)

We order their gluten free pizza almost weekly, and for parties, etc. Two of our children have Celiac disease, and our daughter is extremely sensitive to gluten exposure. The owner is very knowledgeable and. super nice. He goes above and beyond and we feel very safe eating their pizza. Not to mention it's delicious!

Best gluten free pizza anywhere. Love Greek style with sauce. Get it 3x per month, never had a problem with any cross contamination. They handle it with special care. Highly recommended.

Really good gluten free pizza place pizza! They say there's a risk of cross contamination, but I didn't get sick after eating my whole small pizza. My husband, who is non-Celiac, also really enjoyed his veggie cold cut grinder. So it's a good place to go if you have to get both non-GF and GF food. The staff was friendly. We'll definitely be back!

Maybe the best GF pizza I've had. They say there's a chance for cross contamination but the pizza box came with a sticker saying how diligently they kept it separate from gluten pizza and ingredients.
