This was my favorite ice cream parlor before I was diagnosed with celiacs, and I am really happy to be able to still eat here. They are super knowledgable and very well trained. They keep an allergen list, and will take a brand new tub of ice cream from the freezer, and scoop it with a fresh scoop away from the high trafficked counter. So wonderful!
