Lanette, the gal who owns Mill Haus is by far one of the best Gluten Free pastry chefs I’ve ever encountered. Her approach is thoughtful and detailed. She makes gf bread for her breakfast sandwiches, there’s always some kind of delicious gf baked good in the case and on occasion she has the best gf cinnamon rolls I’ve ever had. She also does baked goods for the holidays, which is a real treat. I really appreciate knowing that I can get something we’ll enjoy and I don’t have to make it!
