Millstone catered my wedding welcome party. I am gluten free and dairy free so they accommodated gf in general offerings and then had dairy free potatoes specifically for me. Service is great and I’d recommend them for dining in our catering your event.

Good option if you’re in the area. Lots of marked gluten free options. Unfortunately I’m dairy free too and there was no allergen menu so I wasn’t sure what was dairy free. Played it safe with meat and plain baked potato.

I placed a takeout order in the restaurant. I asked the hostess to inform the kitchen that I couldn't have any gluten, and I got a funny look in return and told it should be fine because all the food I ordered was marked gluten free. They gave me cornbread with my order. It was in a separate container, but it shows the message was not passed along or it was ignored. You might be okay if you dine in and order from an actual waitress. It was also quite busy when I ordered. I did end up having a reaction to the food. P.S. they took the fries off of the gf menu.

Waitress was friendly and knowledgeable. I had the ribs which were very good. Lots of sides to choose from.

Ordered from the gluten free menu. Green beans apparently adjacent to macaroni and cheese. After eating green beans, found massive amount of macaroni under the first layer of beans. Reported to manager and was blown off

Great place to eat! An abundance of marked GF on the menu! Food was delicious & waitress was knowledgeable on gluten free. Would definitely return!

After reading the reviews on here (and after having a successful dinner here last year) I came again for a dinner of K.C. Baby Back Ribs, mashed potatoes (no gravy), and green beans. I let my server know that I needed it all to be gluten free which she told me she noted on my order because the cooks would take extra precautions with that information. It was delicious! This is my second successful experience with Millstone BBQ. It helps to study their online menu before arriving so you are familiar with what is and is not gluten free.

They need to redo their menu. A gluten free stamp on an item that comes with sides or sauces that are not also GF is NOT appropriate. Make a separate gluten free menu or make specific mention that the entire meal is not GF.

They have the certified gluten free symbol by everything that is gluten free. The staff is knowledgeable and would answer questions for things I was unsure of.

Not celiac friendly! They do offer a wide range of GF items on menu but not all items with meal are GF so possible cross contamination. Staff not knowledgeable with GF items ( offered me macaroni salad and gravy as sides , after I mentioned having Celiacs). I did have cross contamination symptoms soon after. As for taste of food, it was great. I ordered the smoked turkey with mashed potatoes (plain without gravy) and green beans. I would recommend if you are just eating a GF diet or you don't have Celiacs and don't have to worry about cross contamination.

Menu shows gluten free destination for various choices but all of the food items in the designated meal are not gluten free. For example, the smoked chicken dinner had a "certified gluten free" symbol next to the dinner menu item. It was half a chicken with mashed potatoes and we got a side of green beans. The meal arrived with a cup of something we thought was BBQ sauce, however after we ate it realized it was flour based gravy for the mashed potatoes!! When we discussed our concern and frustration with the manager he informed us that the GF destination was for the chicken only, not anything else in the plate. He was rude and tried to defend the flour based item on a GF menu item by saying we should have known that not everything on the plate was gluten free! So not trust this restaurant, management doesn't know or care!
