I was told by the manager that it was not a safe place for someone that needs Gluten Free

When I went there, they did not have any gf food to offer other than a side salad; no burgers (no gf buns). The server told me that they were unable to make anything gf. I cannot judge the food because I did not order anything. Disappointing.

Awesome jalapeño and peanut butter burger! Messy, but outstanding! My server, Brianna, was very helpful. Will be back!

Our waitress was amazing. My husband asked for a gluten free bun and side salad. When asked if the salad came with croutons, our waitress said, "I'll make there aren't any out on it." Price is comparable to any other local burger joint. These were the best burgers we've had outside of New Orleans and we have eaten in almost every state.

Celiac friendly?

Yes

Used to go here prior to gluten free and loved it. But can no longer eat here. I have asked multiple times of my options and the staff is not knowledgeable. I ended up emailing and learned I can order bloody mary’s (which are AMAZING), bacon, and some salads. Anything else gluten free is still HIGH risk of cross contamination. My last visit I got a bacon bloody and the BLT turkey ranch salad. No issues.

Was at the Appleton WI branch and was informed that everything is cross contaminated with the burgers and buns on the grill. I went ahead and had a burger and with in 30 minutes had a reaction. It is unfortunate that they don’t take a few extra precautions as the GF bun was really good

Communicated directly with the general manager, as we were looking for a celiac friendly spot to eat. The extent of their ability in G free is exchanging out buns, some salads, and a couple of other items. As for Celiac – the conversation was not encouraging.
