If you have Celiac Disease or have a true gluten allergy, use extreme caution when eating here. Although they have Dietz and Watson products as well as have gluten free bread options, there are several cross-contamination issues such as not having a dedicated fryer, panini press, gluten free safe areas for prepping food, and etc. In addition, the staff is not as knowledgeable as one would expect, especially after being in business and promoting "gluten free" for 2 years. I have Celaic Disease. When this establishment first opened, I never got sick from eating here. Now, if I am in a bind and decide to give this place another try, I am disappointed and get ill. All in all, if you are extremely sensitive to gluten, use extreme caution....if not, this is a great place to eat.
