Mimmo's Italian Restaurant & Pizzeria

Mimmos staff seemed tuned into gluten free needs. All linguine dished can be substituted with gluten free pasta. They also have gluten free designations on their menu and have a GF Shells menu choice which I haven't seen in other restaurants. Wife and daughter have Celiac and no problems after eating there a couple of times. Giving safety a 4 star since I can't walk into kitchen and observe but they answered our questions with good answers on food handling and kitchen protocols.
