Minato Japanese & Korean Restaurant

I read a review on Yelp by a vegan and gluten free patron and was impressed at what lengths this restaurant would go to accommodate food sensitivity requests. They have gluten free soy sauce, and mentioned they could do fried rice and yakisoba noodles! I ordered the lunch special with a spicy tina roll and 4 pcs of nigiri and it was fresh and delicious! The service was polite and very fast! I'm not quite sure about cross contamination issues for people who are Celiac.
