Although everything is technically gluten free, they use oats/oat milk in almost every single item. The waitress told me it was the Costco brand oat milk which I don’t think even claims to be gluten free. I ordered a meal that was supposedly modified to have no oat milk but I got a stomach ache anyway (no other major symptoms though), so I wish I had tested it with my NIMA. I’m very sensitive so most people would probably feel fine eating here but just a warning for others like me. I actually bought some of their blueberry cornbread muffins from a grocery store as well because oat milk wasn’t on the ingredient list. They tested gluten free with my NIMA but gave me a very slight stomach ache, so it could be another ingredient that doesn’t agree with me or a reaction to less than 20ppm.
