Absolutely love Minh’s. The beef pho is my go-to order and has never made me sick. The worker always assures me that everything in the pho is gf. A great spot to grab a quick meal for someone with celiac.

Don’t let the location on the corner or the lived in exterior discourage you from giving this place a try! Inside is clean, could see inside the kitchen which looked clean. People were very welcoming and friendly. Celiac who can’t handle CC, had gf Pho with chicken and it was delicious! Celiac son had Mongolian beef with rice, they brought GF soy sauce packets to our table with the rice. They can make any stir fry meal gf but know if you order a normally breaded item, they will make it without breading so don’t plan to eat regular sweet and sour chicken and you won’t be disappointed. Can’t have chicken teriyaki as the chicken is marinated in the sauce, but lots of other items were able to be made GF. Meals took time to arrive as they are cooked to order.

Staff were very helpful with identifying dishes that were safe to order. Food was excellent and the portions were very generous for the price.

Staff was knowledgeable about how to prepare items to be gluten-free. They double checked everything and showed us ingredients lists when they were unsure. Most of the menu could be made GF. They have small packets of soy sauce they brought out since the table soy sauce isn’t GF. They even had GF hoisin for pho!
