I went here a few nights ago after talking to the waiter and feeling confident that they could manage an allergy. Food was AMAZING!!! I had my first gluten free calamari and fried shrimps since being diagnosed. They use a corn starch mix with no flour, and nothing with gluten goes in the fryer! Any dishes with bread crumbs on them have the crumbs added after cooking.
They have delicious gluten free pasta and pizza. Lots of appetizers too! Almost everything on the menu can be made gluten free. I believe the only item that can’t be gluten free is the tortellini because it is pre-stuffed. Highly recommend! I have ~violent~ reactions and did not have any sickness after eating here!
