Celiac son had the pizza with gf crust. Staff was aware of importance of avoiding cross contamination. Food was really nice.

Stopped in here yesterday for a pizza, and unlike the last reviewer, I thought both the gluten free crust and the topping were delicious. I did ask them to make the crust as crisp as possible--don't know if that made a difference. More of a chewy than a crisp texture, but yummy. Leftovers were good too. I didn't ask them about cross contamination, so can't comment on that.

Mioposto recently changed their gluten free crust (sept 2020) and it’s really disappointing. Tastes flavourless and texture is a bit rubbery. We used to order pizza here every weekend, and I noticed it had changed. Tried it 3 times hoping it was a one-off or temporary instance. I reached out to management and it is a permanent change, sadly. Their previous supplier went out of business. My 2-star review is based on their new crust.

Symptomatic Celiac

The pizza is not celiac safe. Spoke with the waiter, he checked in the kitchen, according to the staff, the pizza area has flour all over, even in the air, the oven is shared and they don't use anything to separate the gluten free pizza from the rest. I had their red beat salad with goat cheese, it was ok, but I was hoping for a pizza based on the previous reviews.

Sounded good according to reviews. Called to ask them about cross contamination. They are very careful. Had the Caesar salad without croutons, Zucca balsamica pizza and affogato. Food was delicious. Everyone enjoyed their meal. Looking forward to going back.

By far the best GF pizza in the area. And lots of GF salads too. The beet salad is amazing.

The gluten-free crusts, from Olivia Superfree, are also egg-free. The zucca balsamico pizza is my favorite!
