Mirbeau Inn & Spa Skaneateles

My family ate here on Christmas Day, and it was fantastic. The items on the menu weren’t marked gluten free, but the waiter had a list of allergens handy, and he guided me through the menu. They were knowledgeable and thoroughly understood cross contamination risks. They were able to modify almost everything listed, and offered me a special off-menu flourless chocolate cake for dessert. Everything was delicious, and my family loved their meals too. Highly recommend!

The gluten free biscuits here are life-changing. They bake them in-house, so I was able to purchase a sleeve of frozen ones on the spot. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, no issues with feeling unwell.

This was the absolute BEST place to eat in Skaneateles of you are a celiac! They take all the precautions necessary!!! I had the most delicious soup ever! I am very sensitive to cross contamination so I was advised to eat my lobster roll on a lettuce wrap instead as where the GF bread is made they can’t guarantee it is 100% safe! I just LOVED how transparent they were with what was safe for me or not! I felt at ease eating here and didn’t get sick! I highly recommend eating here for a stress free yummy meal!

Mirbeau offers a gluten free bread service. Their staff is very knowledgeable. The fries are gluten free, they have gf buns for burgers and sandwiches, and other items are easily customized to be gluten free. They also offer gluten free desserts.
