Being Celiac, this is one of the few places I don’t worry. Most options on this menu are Mediterranean/Spanish is style, and naturally gluten free. Very tasty, good sized portions. I’ve been there enough that the staff knows me and knows my allergy, and they are very accommodating. Be sure to let them know of you have an allergy (I don’t have to tell you that, you’ve been doing for years now, right?)

Great authentic food and almost everything on the menu is GF, and is clearly marked as such! This place is a hidden gem, can't believe I haven't been before now.

3/4 of the regular menu is gluten free. Staff is knowledgeable and provide excellent service Owners are involved and customer focused. Fresh seafood, amazing steaks, homemade sauces tapas or full meals. Cocktails are superb. Fabulous dessert tray for those not celiac with tasty options for those who are.
