Review of Misoya Sushi

I was very pleased with my experience at this sushi restaurant. Jane, the owner, specifically told me which items were gluten-free on the menu and which items were not safe.

It amazed me at how knowledgeable Jane was. She told her staff about my gluten-free accommodations and they were all very pleasant. I had the avocado roll, cucumber rolls & sashimi. She allowed me to bring my own spicy mayo. She had gluten-free soy sauce at the restaurant.

She made sure the kitchen space was disinfected prior to my rolls being made.

I am very happy with my experience and I would definitely go back and recommend her to my celiac friends.
