New Owners. Guaranteed me everything was safe. Guaranteed everything was gluten free. Tested with my Nima. Everything I tested came back showing gluten found. If you have celiac I would not recommend.

This was such a nice surprise. Ricky the chef greeted us today. He didn't even give us a menu. He simply asked what we liked and he brought course after course out. He explained each dish. Everything was gluten. free. I have celiac. I feel great. No issues after eating. Please visit this restaurant. You will not be disappointed.

I have celiac and am very careful about where I eat. I've been craving pho and took the risk on the Miss Saigon Bistro in coral gables, not pinecrest, and lo and behold not only am I not sick but it was also very good pho. Highly recommend!

Best place ever!!! so knowledge about gluten free!!! Food was delicious!!! staff and service was excellent!!! Lots of delicious choices!!! An absolute must to try whether gluten free or not. Been coming almost every week since I found this place.

This Vietnamese restaurant uses only fish sauce which is gluten free and no soy sauce. Our waiter was very knowledgable about gluten. I had the pho and it was wonderful.
