Great experience, very knowledgeable about allergens and amazing food! I loved the grits and the chorizo omelet, as well as the cinnamon roll pancakes! They were fluffy

Great spot in the southwest terminal (terminal a). One way I got a burger on gluten free bread and the other I got the gluten free pancakes. Both times all staff was very knowledgeable. Food does take 15-20 min. But they let you know when you are ordering.

While it might have gluten free options, it's not worth coming back to. Took over 40 min to get my food and I had to ask for it. My over easy egg was over hard. The bacon grits were dry and had 3 tiny half centimeter pieces of bacon in it and the avocado toast wasn't even that good. Nothing that was supposed to be hot came out hot, more lukewarm. It's a shame, I was looking forward to good grits. Definitely go to the b concourse for grits. Next time I'll try the seafood bar in concourse a.

I love it when airport restaurants are local. My server was fantastic, and I was told they take allergies very seriously and had a separate GF griddle. I got the pancakes, which took awhile as the GF griddle had to be heated up (ended up needing to get them to go as my flight was boarding). The pancakes were fine, but next time I'll go for the grits (there weren't special flavors to choose from when I went, though, upside down pineapple in another review sounds amazing!). There was a framed picture on the wall from being featured in a GF magazine.

The options aren't extensive. They have a few but what I did eat was great especially the deviled eggs with roast beef. The upside down pineapple pancake 🥞 were very good too. And the bacon grits. The waiter was amazing.

Was very surprised to discover they had gluten free options. Was hoping to have the pancakes but it was late and the kitchen was closing so I had to have a BLT sandwich and it was very good. Waitress was very helpful.
