Amazed as we watched the prep chef wash his hands, the scale and prep area. Read the other reviews because they are right. Fall of the bone ribs you couldn't cut with a knife because it too tender.

So yummy!! The meat is amazing! So nice to have gluten free fries as a side too! The BBQ sauce is so yummy, but DO NOT eat the Texas Twang BBQ sauce… it’s not GF. : )

The workers are so nice, and they are definitely are used to GF orders too!

Very good. Fries are gf. Nothing else fried with them. All meats gf and all sauces but one. Many sides as well. Very tasty!! Would definitely go back!!

Staff was very knowledgeable. I was given my food on a separate tray from the rest of my non GF family and instructed which sauces would be safe for me.

This place was a favorite of mine before I was diagnosed so I was very relieved to find how seriously they take gluten-free at this establishment. The pulled pork and fries are amazing as is the salmon!

A little disappointed with this location. The cashier wasn’t knowledgeable about gluten free and they put the cornbread in with the meat. My home location does a great job, but this one didn’t seem too into it.

They have their own dedicated gluten free menu, the staff was knowledgeable about the gluten free process, and they made sure their kitchen knew a gluten free order was coming back.

I had the pulled pork and fries. It was all delicious! All of their sauces except one are gluten free. They only have one fried item:fries. Which makes them safe! (Delicious)

The service was delightful and the food was delicious.

We loved this place! My boyfriend is celiac and the staff were all careful to keep our food safe. They changed utensils, all fries are fresh, made to order in their own fryer, and the manager took time to talk to us even after staff had answered our questions just to assure us they use safe practices. The food was amazing! We tried a bit of several different meats and five of their six bbq sauces were gf. We liked our experience enough to seek out another of this chain while in Fort Lauderdale recently. Definitely try this place if you can!!

Very quick. Very affordable. Very good. They take great care to make sure your food is gluten free. They even have fries!! The manager (owner?) personally spoke with us about processes and ingredients. Great worry-free option for anyone in the area.

If you are very sensitive it would be good to watch closely- the guy cutting up the meat and making sandwiches didn’t change gloves at first for my gf order and I had to call them on it. The cashier also didn’t call out to the kitchen that the order was gf like the one in Richmond always does.

Great food though, and love being able to get gf fries!

Almost everything on the menu is naturally gluten-free. Dedicated fryer for the french fries. Very knowledgeable staff. Felt very confident taking my 5-year-old Celiac there. She lived the kids' ribs with fries. Our group tried pretty much everything as a whole , and we had no complaints. It's fast food, but it's great quality food and the service was great. Delicious.

This is my second visit to Mission in 6 months. I don't recall what I ordered in December bit it didn't bother me. This trip I ordered the smoked hamburger without a bun (no gf option) with mashed potatoes. This will be a regular visit when I'm in DE.
