excellent food and service and atmosphere. they greatly appreciate and honor those in public service (LEO, military, fire, etc.) everyday at noon they stop and honor America. the TURKEY with rice is phenomenal! several BBQ sauces available and labeled GF

Visiting the QC, stopped by Mission BBQ to pick up dinner for family (including celiac daughter). Informed server we needed gluten free and were immediately provided with GF menu. Lots of options! Server instructed kitchen everything needed to be separate (gluten from Gf). Other servers were sure to provide us with only the GF sauces. No issues from my daughter and delicious food. Definitely recommend and will be back when we visit the QC.

Pleasant, friendly and good food. All meat and seasonings are GF. The fries are GF and the only item fried in the fryer. There is only one BBQ sauce that is not GF: texas twang. The bread/ buns, cornbread, macaroni salad, and vanilla wafers topping for the banana pudding) are not gluten free. I'm celiac, I ordered the 5 bone baby back rib combo with fries. The two non celiac I was with one ordered the same thing I did but hers had corn bread included. The other order was spare rib combo his also had cornbread. They both enjoyed the cornbread. All of us enjoyed the dinners. The meat was very tender and flavorful on its own. We tried several BBQ sauces and the special vinegar seasoning for fries. We took some leftovers home. The staff was super friendly. Took the time to explain their process and what items I could safely eat. They also marked the ticket for my GF meal. After 24 hours no adverse reactions!

Great food. Dedicated gf menu. Staff were knowledgeable in gf handling and recommendations for which sauces are gf. Many choices. Had pulled pork and brisket. Highly recommend the lean brisket.

Super knowledgeable staff and well-versed in celiac, staff has family member with celiac diagnosis. Has a dedicated GF fryer for fries. Very lovely experience and people here. Tastes great :)

My daughter has celiac and has had no reaction. The employees make sure to communicate that there is a gluten issue when preparing her food. Dedicated fryer for fries!

Mission BBQ was great! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was great and I could even have french fries. I would definitely go back.

This is my second visit to Mission in 6 months. I don't recall what I ordered in December bit it didn't bother me. This trip I ordered the smoked hamburger without a bun (no gf option) with mashed potatoes. This will be a regular visit when I'm in DE.
