Great food! Staff is very knowledgeable about food prep safety and cross-contamination. They even changed their gloves. After talking with the manager, I felt very safe eating here. They even have gluten free French fries in a dedicated frier.

Great BBQ. Understand Celiac and Gluten Free. Take precautions, change gloves etc Many options and sides. Fries! Support the military and veterans as well as hire veterans

Super knowledgeable staff and well-versed in celiac, staff has family member with celiac diagnosis. Has a dedicated GF fryer for fries. Very lovely experience and people here. Tastes great :)

My daughter has celiac and has had no reaction. The employees make sure to communicate that there is a gluten issue when preparing her food. Dedicated fryer for fries!

Mission BBQ was great! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was great and I could even have french fries. I would definitely go back.

This is my second visit to Mission in 6 months. I don't recall what I ordered in December bit it didn't bother me. This trip I ordered the smoked hamburger without a bun (no gf option) with mashed potatoes. This will be a regular visit when I'm in DE.
