Mission Ceviche

I've been to Mission Ceviche twice and been very impressed with the quality of the food and the service. Both times, the waiter asked about allergies and noted my gluten free request. The menu also has clear indicators of which dishes are gluten free. And all the dishes I've tried have been excellent!
