Missouri Hick Barbeque

All their smoked meat is gluten free and they provide a separate menu showing which sides and sauces are GF. Talking to the waitress about being coeliac she said she'd tell the kitchen staff to put on clean gloves and they knew the bread would be left off my order. The food was excellent as was the service. Highly recommended.

I wouldn’t even give 1 star for our experience. We were seated and brought water for our family of 4. 30 mins went by as we watched waitress after waitress take orders of others who came after us. I alerted the hostess that no one had helped us. A waitress overheard and walked by our table numerous times smiling. After 10 more minutes, we left. I would not recommend due to service. They were not extremely busy.

I went there with my mom on our Route 66 road trip and it was amazing!! All of their smoked meats were gluten free, and they had a gluten free menu with all of their sauces/sides! The food was absolutely delicious and they even offered us sodas to go! Their hospitality was so great!
