I did not feel reassured that this place is celiac friendly. Staff seemed oblivious about what gluten free is. They offered to remove cheese when I asked for gluten free options. I had a salad to be safe. For dessert they brought out sorbet with wafers. When I sent it back I’m pretty sure they gave me the same sorbet with the wafers removed. Avoid this place

I tested the fish special with my Nima Sensor & it came back with gluten. The waitress & the manager chatted with me about the sensor & then talked to the chef. Sure enough, there was flour added to the sauce they put in the rice. Not much, but enough for the sensor to catch it. They remade the fish special with plain rice & the dish tested safe.
The manager was grateful to learn how his team could do better for our community & ended up buying our drinks as a thank you for educating them.

I eat here often and do not get sick. Most of the servers are knowledgeable. You may have to push to get them to touch base with kitchen about ingredients. They don’t have a separate fryer sadly. The salmon dish is fantastic!
