Menu lists the GF options — I did not have a reaction from the food. The food was very good, though it is more expensive.

Mistura is a favorite when visiting SLO and was safe many times before tonight. Tonight was the worst experience I’ve had there. Unfortunately, it ended in me being sick. Something has changed in the 10 months since my last visit. Yes, the menu says GF on many items however look closely - the Seco de Cordero is marinated in beer yet marked GF and when I inquired further the manager was sent over and said “oh it’s not celiac safe but doesn’t have a lot of gluten.” The Bolitas y Palitos are marked GF yet the manager told me it’s rolled in flour and put into a shared fryer. The potatoes are fried in a shared fryer so not celiac safe either. When I asked what would celiac safe, I was assured that the Bistec a lo Pobre would be safe without the spice rub, sadly not so. Would love to enjoy this place again but the staff needs better education and the menu needs to be scrutinized to mark items that are GF.

This restaurant was AMAZING and probably one of the top 5 meals I’ve ever had. I don’t even care if I feel sick later (but I have NO suspicions or reason to believe that I would). This was an incredible meal and experience. Make sure to get dessert!

Costly but excellent service and delicious food! Staff know to take Celiac seriously and will help you with other dietary limitations too. A fun place for a date night or celebratory dinner.

INCREDIBLE food, great service. We tried about half of the menu and everything was killer. The afrodisiaco and del mar were favorites! , and 99 % of the menu is gluten free
