MIX Prime Steakhouse, Fish & Sushi Bar

I have been here several times. I want to like it but the establishment just isn’t sympathetic. Gluten free questions are usually met with blank stares and that they will check. They are just not knowledgeable. I guess the last straw is finding a noodle in your rice after humbly asking if the dish was gluten free. Not the waitresses fault. But good to know about the kitchen.
