Good sushi, but they only have 2 options that are completely safe- The Philly and the Alaska rolls. These were options that a knowledgable staff person helped us with about a year ago. I was hopeful they would have more options since then when we went last night, but was told that only the sashimi is GF because rice has gluten in it. I risked it, asking them to take allergy precautions and did not have any reactions. They do have GF soy sauce as well. Not sure why they would have GF soy sauce and not think they have any GF options or have all staff be knowledgeable about gluten.
