I dunno where these glowing reviews came from, but our server appeared to be about 16 and had - zero - clue. He's new, it happens.
What I don't like is when a menu lists crab, snow crab, lobster, and it's all KANI (fake crab made with wheat). I loathe places that do that and can't substitute with real crab because they don't even carry it. That is an unforgivable sin for a sushi place.
Unable to build my own roll, the place wasn't busy. Not a winner for the GF sushi-goer!
