Review of Mizuki Sushi

No gluten free menu, but staff is knowledgeable about gluten free and one of their servers has celiac. Not sure about cross contamination here, but eaten here a few times and haven’t gotten sick. Upon suggestion I ordered the Orange Blossom roll customized. I got it with no special sauce, but added sriracha and zesty sauce. They do not carry gluten free soy sauce but didn’t really need it for my roll as the zesty sauce (delicious btw) and sriracha was fine for me! Also I was told the Spicy Hotate hand roll was gluten free and it is delicious! The Philly roll was good also. I’ve gotten the house salad a couple times as the dressing is gluten free and it is sooo good! All of the fish and ingredients here are always very fresh, and the rest of the food is also a big hit among my non-gluten free family members. The atmosphere is nice and clean and servers are always sweet. Would definitely recommend!
