This place is risky. I've been once when the employee seemed a little more knowledgeable and offered to change gloves and use separate tongs. I went another time tough, and the employee basically blank stared me when I mentioned I was gluten-free. I mistakenly ordered some of the cabbage with my pork, but as I was eating, found pieces of macaroni in it. Definitely not a safe place for Celiac's unless you're willing to take risks. I asked if they had any gluten-free sauce and the guy said, "Yeah, the sauce is free." Face palm.

I came already knowing I could pretty much just eat the Kalua Pig because they grill everything else with the gluteny meat (if you don't care about cross contamination, there are a few more options that don't have gluten in the ingredients). This place was a lot worse than another location I've been to in terms of cross contamination. They keep the tongs for the cabbage in the same container as the Mac salad scoop, and I watched the server smear Mac salad on the rice scoop. I asked if there was cabbage or rice in the back and he insisted there wasn't even though the rice was almost gone. Best I could get was a new rice scoop and I had to forego the cabbage. Not very helpful. I'm not sure I want to even try another location after that experience.
