Not safe for people with celiac at all. The good thing is, they were up-front with this at the beginning. From previous reviews, it looks like they used to control for cross-contamination. When we went there today (4/21/24), as soon as we said gluten free, they told us that cross-contamination is unavoidable for any order.

GF items are well marked on the menu and they even had a GF and dairy free peanut butter and chocolate bar in their case of baked goods. Food was delicious and the service was great. Would recommend!

Great atmosphere, kind and industrious staff AND lots of gluten free options for our celiac breakfast! I ate their traditional breakfast with over medium eggs cooked to perfection, potatoes, bacon and as an appetizer 😄 I had a gf no-bake with an Americano. ❤

Multiple gluten-free options, both with pre-prepared pastries, and with on-demand hot food orders. Knowledgeable staff. Would highly recommend
I had the huevos rancheros and it was delicious and gave me no trouble at all. I also got a peanut butter bar which was great and did not cause any issues.

Limited gf offerings. Gf items displayed uncovered in a cabinet with gluten containing items, so cross contamination is a concern. Coffee was ok.

Great food and coffee. Gf sandwich unfortunately a lot smaller (two small pieces of toast, but $2 extra) than regular. We both got turkey sandwiches with chips to go and cappuccino in the morning. We saved the food for dinner as we were traveling south and knew we wouldn’t have any safe gf options for that night. Food still tastes very good in the evening. Coffee was great!

I have NEVER been greeted with a kinder, more patient cashier than the woman at Moab Garage Co. She was so incredibly knowledgeable about the ingredients in all of the food and informed me what had gluten and dairy. She even went as far as to read the ingredient label on one of the beverages. This place is a definitely must for all those craving some DELICIOUS food and looking for a friendly understanding smile at the register. 10/10 recommend!!

They have so many options labeled on their menu! I haven’t actually had their coffee, but the food was delicious. The person taking my order even asked if it was an allergy and double checked that dairy was ok. They really seem to know what they’re doing and I wish I could eat here everyday!!!

My wife and I wanted coffee after a long morning hike. We got coconut macaroons and Turkey sandwiches with gluten free bread.
