I ordered a strawberry and banana crepe and a strawberry red bean mochi. They offer the crepe in plain or matcha. Both options are made of rice and gluten free. I tested both items with the Nima sensor and both came back gluten free! They serve the crepe in a construction paper set up and it makes the crepe very hard to eat. The crepe is also pretty soggy and has no structure so that combined with how they serve it makes it even harder to eat. I would recommend bringing a plate and fork if you want to be extra prepared.
