Review of MOD Pizza

My daughter raves about the MOD Pizza in League City so I was so excited to try one closer to home. What a total disappointment the Mt. Belvedere, TX location. Have GF crust then want to use contaminated ladle that goes in & out of sauce while same ladle is used to spread sauce all over every crust. They are NOT GLUTEN FRIENDLY and the older lady working there got very defensive and a bit snippy. They won't use fresh sauce, they told me they cook your GF crust in a gf crust contaminated pizza oven ... won't even cover bottom of pizza with foil to protect from contamination. The older lady said there was flour all in the air so they aren't really a gf style restaurant. This particular MOD Pizza is not for anyone who lives gf for celiac (especially!!!!) or gf sensitive people. We walked out .... I can guarantee if you have gf issues, that place will make you ill. I will be contacting their corporate office next. Stay away!
