Probably the best gluten free crust in this area and I’ve tried them all. Friendly service!

GF crust, delicious, forgot it was GF. That said, it probably depends who you’re get making your pizza as to safety. They didn’t ask if it was an allergy like Pie 5 does. And used all the same surfaces, cheeses, sauces etc. I didn’t ask for anything different but just noticed. I may try again and see if it can be prepped separately.

Went to MOD Pizza for my daughter’s fundraiser for school. I was excited to get a gluten free pizza. I advised the girl I’m gluten intolerance. She acted like she didn’t care. She used the same pizza sauce that you would for regular pizza. They put the gf pizza in the same display oven with the others pizzas.

The staff is super knowledgeable about gf and prep! The pizza is the best ever. Accidentally found mod pizza while waiting at the Portland airport and am super happy this one is so close to us! Salad and pizza options galore! Choose off the pre built pizzas or create your own. Gf and gf cauliflower crusts. Loads of toppings! Delicious!
I love this Mod. Many gluten free topping and gluten free crust or cauliflower crust. It’s not the best for those sensitive to cross contamination though. I ask for them to do a clean cut so they use a clean pizza cutter when cutting my pizza, instead of using one already used on other non-gf pizzas.

I would not recommend if you have an allergy or are celiac. I went in there and said I was celiac and they said they wouldn’t safely be able to accommodate. They use the same oven and same paddle and do not separate out gluten free from non gluten free in the oven. Nor did they have a separate pan to put it in for safety as another person had done in the past in their reviews. Maybe they used to, but they don’t anymore.

A celiac nightmare. Tried once and got very sick. There are no precautions in place to prevent cross contamination. I recommend avoiding at all costs.

After traveling for 12 hours, I needed a quick yet safe place close to my hotel to eat. I avoided pizza since they only have 1 oven and I had concerns about cross contamination. They have a few different salad options and all the dressings were gluten free. I was easily able to add on extra protein. Vegan cheese options also available. I know as celiac that it's tiring to always need to eat the salad option, but it worked for me today.
