Model Cafe

The Model is an incredible bar, and they recently started serving food. I had low expectations about their food selection, but they offer a gluten-free pizza crust. I talked to the chef who reassured me he keeps all utensils and prep separate. He was aware familiar with celiac disease. I had a pizza with onions and peppers, but they offer a handful of popular pizza toppings. I felt very comfortable eating here. They also have cider on draft and a variety of GF well drinks. Super fun for a night out. A must visit bar in Boston!
