Many items are modifiable for Celiacs and the servers are generally very knowledgeable about what is and isn’t gluten free. They also specify the allergy right on the bill so it’s clear that it has been communicated to the kitchen.

Unfortunately, after informing staff of being celiac, I got sick from eating here and when I contacted the restaurant to inform them politely, was told that it wasn't them, and maybe I was drunk...!? Was really disappointed in the unprofessional response.
