In the B concourse. Got the basil chicken sandwich on GF bread, and it was tasty! Also, I knew they had protected prep because it was wrapped in tin foil; the wheat sandwichessandwiches that came out were not.

I’ve traveled through the B concourse of the Denver airport three times in the past month and picked up food from Modern Market each time. What a HUGE relief to find a place that offers healthy/GF options! All GF and DF options are clearly labeled. The bowls and salads are delicious, as is the Green Chicken Chili. They even have GF cookies and bars! I also appreciate their efforts to use low-waste packaging. I wish their mac and cheese was available in GF.

This is for B concourse outlet.Many gluten free options including bowls, soups.Tucked away by McDs and Chick Fil-A on B concourse food court

Found a location in the B concourse. Thai coconut salad is marked gf on the menu. It was almost more food than I could eat. Do not miss out on their seasonal lemonade or the Nutella Marshmallow treat. I can’t wait for my next trip thru this airport to try a sandwich with the gf bread!
