My husband and I had a fantastic experience here! Our waitress was very knowledgeable about what dishes could be made gluten free beyond those already marked on the menu. At least 75% of the menu can be GF. She also shared what procedures they use in the kitchen to avoid cross contamination. The fried Brussels sprouts and sushi were phenomenal!
