Chloe my waitress was great. She let us know that most of the menu was gf or could be modified gluten free because they recently changed to using tamari instead of soy sauce. She also went back to the chef and wrote all my options down. We ordered the pork skewer, shishito peppers, and two sushi rolls - the kimchi gimbap and the chefs special octopus roll. Both were delicious. They really have stepped up their sushi game and allergy protocol since I last visited two years ago. As always, the drinks were amazing.
