We weren’t sure how this was going to be since it’s in a gas station but they were great! Used a separate area and changed gloves. Even told us not to get the pickles because of risk of cross contamination (we are assuming they store it in vinegar with gluten in it). You can’t go wrong with a Moe’s Italian!

Amazing!! I heard they had a GF roll but figured it would be complete cross-contamination. NOPE! They explained that they have a separate prep area, separate boards and knives. She changed her gloves and made my sandwich. First Moe’s sub in 7 years and it was delicious!!! The bread is super soft and fresh. Not at all dry or crumbly like some GF rolls.

I would have rated 5 stars if the employee knew to place the GF bread on deli paper not the shared counter and to not use the same knife. My sandwich was great and the roll was wonderful (not dry or mushy). What a treat!

Durham location..... I got a gluten free sub, they used a clean knife, cutting board, and changed gloves! Used a separate counter area away from everything else,,,, Perfect prep!! The gluten free bread was very soft and delicious!!! Can't wait to go back!
